ERIN BRENNAN

As a Content Coordination Intern for the U.S. Embassy in Beijing's Public Affairs Section, I wrote, translated, shot, and edited over 25 videos for the embassy’s WeChat and Weibo pages. My first video series, Resilience in the Age of COVID-19, aimed to give a picture of American life and ways to retain hope in the midst of the global pandemic. I also made a video on voting in the U.S., as well as two vertical video series on my daily life and college in the U.S. I felt honored to have a platform to interface with people around the world while simultaneously practicing my filmmaking and language skills.
